Dokument o potomkoch slávnych turčianskych zemianskych rodoch hovorí nielen o dôležitosti zemianstva v 19. storočí, o jeho vplyve na vzdelanie, kultúru a hospodársky stav krajiny. Vzťah k pôde, ktorá sa dedila z pokolenia na pokolenie, utužoval vzťahy medzi rodmi, a najmä v dedinskom prostredí zachoval tradície a národné povedomie. Pôsobivé zábery krajiny, pohľady do exteriéru bývalých zemianskych domov, kúrií a okolitej prírody nie sú nostalgiou, skôr malým zastavením času.

A document on descendants of famous yeoman families of the region of Turiec relates not only on the importance of yeomanry in the last century and of its influence upon education, culture, and economy conditions of the country. The attachment to the earth that was inherited from generation to generation strengthened the ties between the families, and especially in the countryside surroundings had preserved traditions and national subconscious ness. Imposing pictures of the countryside, insights into the exterior of the former yeoman houses, curia’s, and surrounding nature are not a nostalgic, but rather a short stop in time.
